Top Five Best Breakfast Sandwiches

When it comes to the first (and arguably most important) meal of the day, breakfast sandwiches are your best bet, regardless of whether you’re rushing out the door to an early morning meeting or taking your time to read the morning paper and have a cup of coffee in the morning.

Do you need anything to jumpstart your morning? The following are some of our favorite breakfast sandwiches, ranging from old-school classics to less conventional takes on the breakfast sandwich, that will get you ready to face whatever the day has in store for you.

    BEC

Sandwiches made with bacon, egg, and cheese are not only extremely popular but also extremely versatile. You are free to substitute the cheese with pepper jack, provolone, or cheddar if you so choose. Try substituting turkey bacon for your regular bacon for a healthier option. And as a last step, encase your sandwich in a piece of bread of your choosing, such as a flaky croissant, a light and airy biscuit, or a toasted bagel.

    Chicken biscuit

Fried chicken is an option that can never go wrong. But when you sandwich it between two warm, airy biscuits… well, that takes it to a whole new level. Pour some hot sauce, syrup, or both on top to achieve the desired balance of sweet and spicy flavors.

    Egg-topped burger

A change of pace can be brought on by eating dinner for breakfast. Simply considering a burger with an egg on top makes our salivary glands work overtime. A juicy beef burger, crispy bacon, smooth guacamole, oozing cheese, a protein-packed egg, and two hash browns all cozied up together like a big happy family. Who wouldn’t want to get their mouth on something like that?

    Stuffed French Toast

What other traditional breakfast dish do you think is even remotely comparable to French Toast? And in particular, filled French Toast. (Don’t yell at us.) And because it is already formed of bread, which is a necessary component of sandwiches, you can stack two slices on top of each other and take a substantial bite out of it. You’ve just been presented with your new go-to breakfast sandwich.

    Breakfast Burrito

This meal, which is influenced by Mexican cuisine, is sure to put a spring in your step. Because it is totally encased in a pliable tortilla, we are led to believe that it is a breakfast sandwich. Chorizo, creamy avocados, and a touch of pico de gallo should be added to the dish along with some other ingredients. After consuming this dish, you’ll feel like you can take on anything the world throws at you.
